Honey

n 2021, we decided our farm needed honeybees. The fruit trees, berry bushes, and of course the elderberries all signed on with enthusiasm. Now our honeybees pollinate the small yellow flowers in the lawn, while native bees keep everything else blooming. The result? A wonderfully floral honey, born from a farm that’s a true haven of flowers and herbs — a utopia for our bees. Drizzle it on fruit, bread, or yogurt, or stir it into one of our teas. Enjoy a taste of our farm in every drop.
