This Honduras coffee is Certified Organic. Honduran coffee can exhibit a large range of different flavor profiles from sweet chocolaty flavors with a creamy body to citrus fruit flavors with a bright acidity and a medium body. We roast this profile to draw out deep chocolate, full body and a clean finish. 18th century European traders first introduced coffee to Honduras, and the country began to grow coffee commercially in the mid-19th century. Honduras produces more coffee than any other country in Central America and is the 7th highest producer world-wide. NOTE: Our coffee is shipped out within 2 days of roast date, and shipping days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
