Hollander Cafe Sauce

While Coenraad J. van Houten invented the Dutch cocoa process, it was his father that pioneered the cocoa press. The van Houtens, along with many other Dutch and European inventors and merchants revolutionized the world of chocolate and coffee forever. Hollander created a line of sauces that honor this rich history and tradition of excellence. Sweet Ground Dutched Chocolate: classic cafe style Chocolate sauce made with fine Dutched cacao and premium natural vanilla. Designed to taste great alone, but truly shines when paired with fine espresso or cold brew beverages. Sweet Ground White Chocolate: A classic White Chocolate sauce true to the Master Chocolatiers vision. Sweet, nutty, and complex flavors of genuine white chocolate is achieved with real natural cocoa butter and natural vanilla. Classic Koffiebar Caramel: Made with real cane sugar, sea salt, and natural vanilla. This caramel is an elevated classic with unique flavor and pairing abilities. Pumpkin Pie: Pumpkin Spice season is upon us. It’s unstoppable. It’s everywhere. If you love the season but want to try something new and totally unique, we’re here to help. Hollander Pumpkin Pie Sauce is made with real ingredients, just like your family recipe. The result: it tastes like pumpkin pie.
