White Tea, Limited Edition

Tasting Note: White tea has a delicate taste—very different from other teas. While green tea tends to be grassier, white tea has a subtle sweetness. Our Holistic White Tea Limited Edition is fresh and delicate. It is smooth from start and has a slightly sweet finish. It's delicate and clean yet with remarkable structure and graceful mouthfeel. It is both healthy and delicious any time of the day. Our grower’s philosophy: Our Limited Edition White Tea is hand-picked, minimally processed and grown using 100% natural farming techniques. It is never treated with pesticides or herbicides. What sets our white tea apart from other organic teas, is that ours is grown naturally without even the addition of "organic" fertilizers. The flavor is a pure expression of the sunshine, the naturally healthy soil, the water and the skill of the artisan who hand crafted the tea from freshly picked leaves. His philosophy is to go FAR BEYOND ORGANIC. He has an uncompromising commitment to sustainable agriculture. This rare kind of natural farming practice results in a superior white tea that is a truly faithful expression of Taiwan's famous "tea terroir".   More about our grower...
