Holiday Cocktail Canapes

EACH CLASS PURCHASE OF $110 IS FOR AN INDIVIDUAL Join Lili and Kelli in the Teaching Kitchen as we dive into the art of the canapé. These small, beautifully composed bites pack big, bold flavor. You'll learn the techniques that make these little appetizers feel effortless and impressive at once — balancing textures, building flavor in layer, and plating with an eye for detail. Whether you're hosting a holiday party or just want to elevate your appetizer game, you'll leave with a repertoire of crowd-pleasing bites that look like art and taste even better. Think crisp, creamy, savory, spicy and just a little unexpected — the kind of small plates that disappear fast and get talked about long after the party's over. This is a hands on class that ends in a full meal. All students receive a store discount.
