Hydrospace PNS ProBio Live Purple Non-Sulfur Bacteria – 16 oz & 1 Gallon

Support a diverse, biologically active aquarium with Hydrospace PNS ProBio, a live culture of purple non-sulfur bacteria (PNSB) for marine, reef and freshwater aquarium systems. PNS ProBio contains live Rhodopseudomonas palustris, a highly versatile beneficial microorganism that can utilize organic compounds while contributing to the aquarium's microbial food web. It provides reef keepers with a different approach to microbial diversity than traditional nitrifying bacteria products used primarily for cycling. PNS bacteria can become part of the aquarium food web while helping process organic material, making PNS ProBio a versatile addition to established reefs, freshwater systems, large displays and professionally maintained aquariums. Available in 16 oz for typical home aquarium use and a value-sized 1 gallon option for large systems, fish rooms, maintenance professionals and frequent dosing. Why PNS ProBio? Live Purple Non-Sulfur Bacteria Contains live Rhodopseudomonas palustris, a naturally occurring purple non-sulfur bacterium. Supports Microbial Diversity Introduces beneficial microorganisms to help develop a more diverse microbial community within established aquarium systems. Helps Process Organic Material PNS bacteria can utilize a variety of organic compounds, incorporating them into the aquarium's microbial food web. Supports the Natural Food Web PNS bacteria can themselves become a microbial food source for suitable corals, filter feeders and other organisms within the aquarium ecosystem. Marine & Freshwater Compatible Suitable for freshwater, saltwater and reef aquariums, making it a versatile biological supplement for a wide range of systems. No Refrigeration Required PNS ProBio is a live bacterial product that does not require refrigeration, making routine storage and use simple.
