(Mature Size: 14"T x 25"W) Sometimes you see a picture of a hosta and it immediately becomes an obsession to own one. This is one of those hostas! Pointed green leaves are held on reddish-purple petioles. The purple from the petioles engulfs the base of the leaf in spring and bleeds throughout the leaf. Holds the color better than H. 'Purple Haze' which is the pod parent of this fantastic hosta. Lavender flowers in summer. The “Holar” hosta series was developed by breeder Ronny Van Keer, who lives in Hoeilaart, Belgium. Ho-Lar, an ancient name for the village, means “open place in the forest”. Why Should I Grow It? Just look at the photo! It will sell out! (R. Van Keer NR) Small Hosta Cultivar [H. 'Purple Haze' x H. 'Riptide'] Color: Green with Purple Blush Size: 14 inches tall by 25 inches wide Type: Unique Hosta Product Size: 4.5 Inch Container
