Place transfer on garment on the desired area. Heat press for 15 seconds at 335F., with medium pressure. Let cool for 10 to 15 seconds while rubbing with a towel putting some down pressure and peel. (Mix Media Transfers:Cover with teflon and repress for 5 seconds) Washing instructions: Cold water, inside out and hang dry
