Hillwood - House Plan

The Hillwood is a dreamy 4 bedroom modern cottage style floor plan. Despite it's cozy cottage style brick façade, this plan packs in all of the features of a modern house without sacrifice. The covered entryway includes space for built-in benches or package lockers and enters directly into the dramatic foyer which frames the living room in an archway. The living room features a fireplace, built-ins and a wall of windows overlooking the rear yard to let in tons of natural light.  Adjacent, the luxurious kitchen features a sit-in island and vaulted ceiling that flows into the dining room. A mud room connects the kitchen to the garage and pantry. A mud porch offers a second entry from the side yard.  The primary bed suite features a luxurious en-suite bathroom, and a large walk-in closet that has direct access to the laundry room.  Upstairs a casual lounge room includes space for a gas fireplace flanked by window seats.  Three bedrooms share two bathrooms, each with ample reach in closet space and dormered windows.
