Hillwood House Plan

You need a home designed for how you live. If you want to avoid the traditional and embrace the modern, this is the home plan for you. That is if you desire to blur the line between the indoors and the outdoors. And if you want large open spaces for family and friends to gather while still having your own private secluded place to relax. The large covered front porch is the perfect place for your morning coffee. That is not to say the expansive veranda out back isn’t the perfect place to relax. The glass doors in the great room open out onto the veranda making the home feel endless. But don’t worry, you are just a few steps away from the kitchen and its island bar. And it will be easy to keep the kitchen well stocked with the large walk-in pantry located between the kitchen and the 2-car garage. Each guest suite has their own full bath, which is a must for any size family. The master suite will be your secluded retreat. The master bedroom opens out on to the veranda and the master bath has duel vanities and a great walk-in shower. This modern home has just the right mixture of convenience and style. Nothing over the top, but just what you want.
