The Highfield is a transitional style 3 bedroom farmhouse plan featuring a basement garage which is perfect for side-sloping or rear-sloping lots. With a side entry garage, this plan can easily be modified to a rear entry garage if needed to match your site's grading. A sunlit 2 story foyer invites you into the open concept first floor of the home.  To the left, the lounge and 2 story living room are filled with natural light and feature optional built-ins, a fireplace and access to the side yard for entertaining.  The kitchen features an island and a built-in kitchen table extension.
