HVD 1005 High Voltage Diode Board

MADE IN USA HVD 1005 High Voltage Diode Boards: Machlett Diode Rectifier Boards offer unmatched performance and reliability for High-Output Microwave Systems Protect your investment and maximize your system's output with Machlett Diode rectifier boards – the industry's most durable and reliable solution. Machlett diodes offer superior protection in high-output microwave systems, ensuring exceptional performance at remarkably low prices. Unbeatable Durability: Our 34 kv 4 Amp "Black Stick" style diodes are the most robust in the industry, built to withstand the harshest operating conditions. Superior Current Handling: 26-40 kv "Circuit Card" style diodes feature the industry's largest copper traces, ensuring total reliability even under increased current loads. Enhanced Protection: Metal-oxide varistors (MOVs) are available on all styles for added protection against voltage surges. Precise Fit: Our diode boards are designed for a precise OEM fit in all systems, guaranteeing seamless integration. Upgrade Your Transmitter: New diode board assembly upgrades are available for any transmitter, extending the life and performance of your existing equipment. Industry-Leading Warranty: Machlett diodes come with a full manufacturer's quality warranty, providing peace of mind and demonstrating our commitment to quality. The Machlett Difference: Traditional diode boards often suffer from overheating and premature failure, leading to costly downtime and system damage. Our innovative design addresses these issues head-on: Larger Trace Area: Our boards feature significantly larger trace areas for improved heat dissipation, ensuring optimal operating temperatures. Lower Heat Generation: We utilize diodes with lower forward voltage drop, junction capacitance, and leakage current, further reducing heat buildup. Higher Melting Point Solder: We employ SAC305 lead-free solder with a melting point of 221 °C, providing an additional margin of safety against thermal failure. Rectifiers for: Machlett Microwave, Ferrite, Amana, Raytheon, Tempersol, Selo-Bollans, Pacific Wood Tech, Forsstrom, Thermex-Thermatron, Thermo Wave, Mega RF, or AMTeK RF Microwave Systems.
