High Mountain Oolong Tea

Our High Mountain Oolong is the perfect balance between the best qualities of both black and green tea. Unlike the robust flavor of black tea or the grassy notes of green tea, this oolong offers a light aroma and a smooth flavor that gently unfolds with every sip. The result is a tea that’s refreshing and soothing. It’s a whole new way to enjoy tea—light, elegant, and truly unique. For those who’ve never tried it, this is a perfect introduction to the world of oolong—complex yet approachable, refreshing yet soothing. To enjoy this tea in the true Asian tradition, steep the same leaves multiple times and enjoy the nuanced flavors of each different brew.  About our grower: Our grower, A-Shin, his ethic is to respect the land and to produce premium quality tea without chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides. A-Shin took over management of the estate in 2005. He has put his own personal mark on the family tea garden by making the move to sustainable organic farming practices.
