2001-2005 GM 6.6L Duramax LB7/LLY Performance Intercooler

Cooler and denser charge air is essential for diesel trucks. It directly impacts performance, efficiency, and engine longevity. That’s why your Duramax deserves the PPE intercooler. The PPE intercooler utilizes an all-aluminum, bar-and-plate construction with durable welded cast end tanks. Unlike the factory crimped plastic end tanks, this design offers significantly improved heat resistance and handles turbo boost effortlessly. The PPE intercooler features a thick 2-inch cooler core – that’s 27% thicker than the factory cooler. It also has denser, louvered external cooling fins for improved cooling efficiency and heat transfer. The increased core size, combined with the cast aluminum end tanks, reduces flow restriction and results in easier engine breathing and less turbo stress. Keep your Duramax running cooler and performing at its peak with the PPE intercooler.
