High Flow Dispersion Blade

Operating at high RPMs, our high flow dispersion blades excel in rapidly achieving a fine grind of solids. As the liquid contacts the blades, it flows outward, interacting with the teeth on the perimeter. This effective mechanism breaks down agglomerations into increasingly smaller particles, ensuring consistent and uniform dispersion. Unlike many high shear dispersion blades facing issues with fluid flow and batch uniformity, the high flow dispersion blade offers a solution. Each blade incorporates axial flow blades within its geometry, providing enhanced flow for higher viscosity applications. This feature guarantees efficient mixing and dispersion, even in challenging circumstances. Crafted from durable 304 stainless steel, these dispersion blades boast exceptional chemical and abrasion resistance, ensuring reliability and longevity in diverse industrial settings. Whether for emulsification, homogenization, or suspension processes, the high flow dispersion blades stand as versatile and reliable tools for achieving precise mixing results across various industries. For attachment with a bolt-on hub, view our large selection of dispersion blades with pre-drilled hole patterns. The corresponding pattern can also be drilled into this blade by the customer. Blades with a 1/4" & 3/8" center hole can be attached using a blade adapter shaft and blade adapter washer. For questions on hub and blade compatibility, please chat with us for a quick resolution!
