High Desert Tee

2025 design: mahonia aquifolium (Oregon grape) harvested next to a rattle snake lair at Casad Family Farm.  Oregon grape is the state flower of Oregon and has many uses as the whole plant is edible; it's bark and roots have antimicrobial properties and can be used for inflammation, wounds, or eczema. The berries are great for digestive health and sore throats, and also make a great jelly :) As far as folklore; Oregon grape represent resiliency, protection, inner power, and the healing of mistrust. It's thorny leaves symbolize setting boundaries, while its vibrant nature and use in traditional medicine for healing and purification link it to fostering self-love, overcoming negativity, and connecting to one's inner strength.  2023 design: artemisia tridentata (big sagebrush) dyed with sage harvested around Raptor Rock in central Oregon.  ~ Each shirt is naturally dyed using local plants and sustainable harvesting methods and printed in Bend Oregon on Onno natural unbleached hemp/cotton shirts. ~ * Because of the wild nature of the dying and printing process, color variations are to be expected and are not a defect.*
