Hibernation Decaf

All the flavor, none of the caffeine.   What’s in it? This coffee is a rotating ethyl acetate (EA) decaf from Colombia! EA decaffeination is a chemical process that uses a natural solvent to remove caffeine from green coffee. The process is often called natural decaffeination because EA is a naturally occurring ester found in many fruits and as a byproduct of fermenting sugar cane! This decaf checked the box with its classic flavor profile, cup complexity and balanced sweetness.
