Umpqua Hi-Vis Flying Ant

The Umpqua Hi-Vis Flying Ant is a fantastic terrestrial pattern designed to mimic the high-protein meal of a true-winged ant, which often fall into the water during summer and fall swarming periods. Its distinct segmentation and parachute-style hackle provide a realistic silhouette, while the bright, contrasting foam post makes the tiny fly easy for the angler to spot, even in low light or choppy water. This pattern is incredibly effective when trout become selective, keying in on these struggling, opportunistic meals. Umpqua, Dry, Ant, Terrestrial
