Henckels International Graphite Self-Sharpening Knife Block Set

The Henckels International Graphite Self-Sharpening Knife Block Set is a sleek, modern design that offers forged German steel construction and the added convenience of a self sharpening system, all at a great price. The Henckels International Graphite knives are a forged line (except for the serrated steak knives, which are of stamped construction), and feature satin finish blades and full bolsters that run seamlessly into a contoured polymer handle. The design is unabashedly contemporary, sublimely comfortable and functional. Every knife (available in 7-piece, and 20-piece sets) is intelligently selected to create highly versatile sets that you can cook with for a lifetime. The innovative and handsome storage blocks are tailor-made for Henckels International knives and are highlighted by a dark stained ash wood base and stainless steel "cap". Each slot is labeled for proper knife placement, and fitted with a self-sharpening system that hones edges every time a knife is removed from or placed back into its slot. Again, the exception here is for serrated edges which are designed to not need sharpening through many years of use.
