HFP-30 Field Servo Programmer

The Hitec HFP-30 Digital Servo Programmer and Universal Tester is the ultimate field companion for hobbyists and industrial professionals, offering computer-free precision directly from your toolkit. Equipped with a large, easy-to-read LCD screen and an intuitive jog-dial interface, this lightweight device acts as a three-in-one programmer, tester, and PWM signal reader. It runs on a versatile 4.8V to 8.4V operating voltage and is fully compatible with all Hitec digital servos—including the HS-5XXX, HS-7XXX, brushless HSB-9XXX, and advanced D-Series lines. Whether you need to fine-tune a heavy-duty industrial project or prep a giant-scale aircraft, the HFP-30 puts complete customization in the palm of your hand. Key Features Universal Testing - Tests manual positions and automatic sweeps on any brand of RC servo. Hitec Deep Programming - Adjusts endpoints, direction, fail-safe, speed, deadband, and soft start. Dual Servo Sync - Synchronizes endpoints and speeds perfectly for dual-servo setups. Receiver Signal Reader - Measures and displays incoming PWM transmitter frame rates and pulse widths. Smart Protection - Programs Overload Protection (OLP) settings to shield servos from burnout. Field-Ready Design - Functions as a completely standalone unit with no computer required. Standard Programming Functions EPA / Neutral Adjustments - Sets custom left, right, and center travel limits Servo Sync - Perfectly matches endpoints and speeds for dual-servo linkages Rotation Direction - Switches operation between Clockwise (CW) and Counter-Clockwise (CCW). Deadband Width - Adjusts center-point sensitivity to eliminate gear chatter or hunting. Speed Control - Lowers the maximum transit speed for scale-like surface movements. Fail-Safe On/Off - Configures a preset safety position if receiver signal drops. Soft Start Rate - Softens initial startup torque to protect gears (D-Series exclusive). Overload Protection (OLP) - Defines current-limiting thresholds to avoid burnout (5XXX/7XXX exclusive). Resolution Settings - Toggles between high and normal signal precision (5XXX/7XXX exclusive). Servo ID Reader - Views and changes internal ID addresses for serial telemetry layouts. Factory Reset - Instantly restores all parameters to original manufacturer defaults
