HeyCafe Jack Allround Coffee Grinder

Jack Allround Grinder by HeyCafe The HeyCafe Jack is a compact, no-fuss grinder built for coffee lovers who want professional-grade results without the complexity. Designed as a true all-rounder, the Jack handles everything from fine to coarse French press — all with a simple stepless dial and zero electronics to babysit. Backed by the engineering of the Hemro Group (parent company of Mahlkönig and Ditting), the Jack punches well above its $649 price point with German-made 64mm flat burrs, a cast aluminum grinding chamber with cooling ribs, and a low-retention design built for freshness. Whether you're single-dosing specialty beans at home or grinding through a light café shift, the Jack delivers. 1 Year Warranty ($99+ Value) When investing in coffee equipment, peace of mind is worth its weight in gold. Its extra-wide stepless grind range stretches from ultra-fine Turkish all the way to coarse French press — with everything in between. Espresso, pour over, moka pot, cold brew, filter — the Jack handles it all without skipping a beat. One grinder, every method. Simple by Design No touchscreen. No programmable recipes. No app. Just a clean on/off button and a smooth stepless dial — that's all you need. The Jack strips away the complexity and puts the focus back on the coffee. For home baristas and specialty shops alike, sometimes the best tool is the one that gets out of your way. 64mm Flat Burrs The 64mm burr size strikes a balance between being large enough to deliver consistent and precise grinding, yet not overly bulky. This makes it ideal for prosumer setups (enthusiast-level home espresso machines) and medium-volume coffee shops.  These coffee grinder burrs are often unimodal, meaning they produce a narrower range of particle sizes. This is advantageous for espresso, where we aim for a tight distribution around the desired grind size. Stepless - Infinite Grind Size Adjustment Stepless grinders differ from stepped grinders in that they do not have preset grind settings; instead, they feature a collar that you can rotate to adjust the grind size. This collar is usually marked with incremental lines or notches, providing a way to monitor the grind size. This precision is especially valuable for espresso, as even small changes in grind size can greatly affect the taste of the coffee. Stepless grinders offer unmatched control over your grind, enabling you to finely adjust it to your preferences and achieve superior extraction results. Low Retention Grinder retention is the enemy of fresh espresso. The Buddy's low-retention grinding system ensures that what goes in comes out — with minimal stale coffee lingering in the grinding chamber. The result is a steady, consistent flow of fresh grounds directly into your portafilter, every single time. Less waste, better taste, more repeatable shots. Stay Cool and Fresh Heat is the enemy of flavor. The Jack's cast aluminum grinding chamber with integrated cooling ribs actively dissipates heat during grinding, protecting the delicate aromatics in your beans. The result is ground coffee that tastes the way it's supposed to — fresh, vibrant, and true to origin. Built for Wherever You Brew At just 13.7 lbs and with a compact footprint, the Jack fits comfortably on any counter — home kitchen, small café, pop-up bar, or office setup. The height-adjustable tray accommodates everything from standard portafilters to a wide range of dosing cups, and the removable spout and flapper make cleanup quick and straightforward.
