Hey!

Meet Hey!, a layered display font family that sounds like a brass band, looks like a lost jazz lounge poster, and feels like something you’d dig out of a thrift bin between a Slinky and a stack of Archie comics. Designed by Lenny Terenzi, Hey! is steeped in vintage blues, bebop energy, and mid-century print charm. The kind of font that might’ve been doodled on a cocktail napkin at a 1959 diner — then carefully rebuilt into a professional-grade type system with layered styles and optional chaos. 5 Layered Styles: Mix Regular, Inlay, and Inline fonts to build bold, dimensional headlines with ease. Clean & Dot Variants: Choose between classic inline treatments or dotty retro fun. Loads of Alternates: Funky “Q”s, loop-de-loop “R”s, and quirky companions for offbeat layouts. Tons of Ligatures: From standard to discretionary, so your text can riff like a jazz solo. Full International Support: Speak in every accent from Oslo to Oaxaca. 60+ Retro “Extra Goodies”: Speech bubbles, bursts, arrows, and stars (think comic book margins and department store ads). Whether you’re making posters, packaging, or comics, Hey! gives you all the tools to jam like it’s 1959. Software: Works with any program that supports OpenType fonts (Adobe, Affinity, Procreate with text, and more) File Type: .OTF and .TTF formats Extras Included: 60+ vector retro design elements (in .AI and .EPS formats) Language Support: Western European, Central European, and Southeastern European languages Designer: Lenny Terenzi
