The Hexagrid Secondary Spreader is a specialized hand tool designed to streamline secondary wire work in utility line installation and maintenance. The pointed tip slides smoothly between conductors, separating them safely while curved slots secure each wire in place. This controlled spacing enables linemen to efficiently attach rigging grips and create adequate clearance for hot wire skinning, crimping, and bug installation—reducing setup time and improving work safety on secondary distribution systems.
