Hexagon Globe

If you are looking for a completely distinct and unique looking world globe, look no further than the 12-inch diameter Frank Lloyd Wright inspired Hexagon Globe. In 1952, the world-famous designer Frank Lloyd Wright developed a series of hexagonal metal chairs, tables, and other furniture that coordinated with the geometric shape of the H.C. Price Tower in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. The stand adapted from the hexagonal hassock design exemplifies the three Organic Elements used by Wright throughout his lifetime. Nowhere else have you seen such a gorgeously unique and one of a kind world globe! The 19.8 inches tall, Hexagon Globe beautifully blends nineteenth-century art with metal, wood, and brass accents to create a stunning aesthetic piece that is an excellent addition to any home or office. Perfectly complemented by the Wright style stand, the champagne-hued oceans and warm copper continents and countries along with its raised relief surface and full-swing meridian mounting create a look that is entirely out of this world. There truly is no better way to learn about our Earth and the world we live in! A truly distinct piece of history integrated into a beautiful representation of our Earth. The Hexagon Globe is truly a piece you have to see to believe!
