Hertz CX 165

CX 165 6.5"|Coaxials|4 Ohm Coaxial loudspeakers represent a major design challenge due to the critical nature of their acoustic output, being installed in an OEM placement often unfavorable to reproduction. For this reason, in order to achieve high performance, a great engineering effort was put into place, promptly addressed by our R&D team. The Cento two-way coaxials CX 165 features the new 24 mm (0.9 in.) Tetolon® dome tweeter that delivers a more musical and detailed sound compared to the more traditional plastic materials. The dispersion has been optimized for off-axis listening. The  SPP-M cone (Semi Pressed Paper-Mica) ensuring superior acoustic and damping characteristics.  Component Coaxials Size mm (in.) 165 (6.5) Power Handling - Continuous W 70 Power Handling - Peak W 210 Impedance Ohm 4 Woofer Voice Coil Ø mm (in.) 25 (1) Tweeter Voice Coil Ø mm (in.) 13 (0.5) Frequency Response Hz 55 ÷ 22k Woofer Magnet size D x d x h mm (in.) 85 x 32 x 15 (3.35 x 1.26 x 0.59) Tweeter Magnet size D x h mm (in.) 13 x 2 (0.51 x 0.08) Weight of one speaker kg (lb.) 0,95 (2.09) Woofer Magnet High density flux ferrite Tweeter Magnet Neodymium Cone Semi-pressed paper+ Mica Dome Tetolon Xmech mm (in.) 4,9 (0.19) Technical Specifications:   D mm 131,5 Re Ohm 3,2 Fs Hz 65 Le mH 0,21 Vas I 12,2 Mms g 13,3 Cms mm/N 0,46 BL T*m 4,8 Qts 0,60 Qes 0,73 Qms 3,4 Spl dB 93 Electro-acoustic Specifications:    Physical Specifications: A 165 mm 6.5 in.
