Pineapple is one of the best sources of Ferulic Acid, Pomegranate: While pomegranate doesn't contain as much Ursolic Acid as rosemary, it is significantly more palatable.  High Bush Blueberry: While we use Wild (Low Bush) Blueberries in other treats for this treat we decided to go with the more common high bush variety as they are higher in Chlorogenic Acid, Myricetin, and Gallic Acid. Cabbage: While cabbage is a valuable source of multiple Glucosinolates, it is the high levels of Kaempferol responsible for its inclusion. Rosemary: While rosemary is most commonly included as a preservative, that is not the only benefit. Rosemary actually contains very high levels of Naringenin, Carnosol, Ursolic Acid, and Rosmarinic Acid.
