These hand-wrapped herbal compresses are a physical therapy tool from traditional Thai medicine to quickly ease the body, soothe the mind, and address ailments. With the combination of heat, water, and herbs, these medicinal blends get absorbed into the skin to soften the musculature, nourish the joints, and increase circulation. These bundles of steamed herbs are a feature during Pasha Kat Yuen's Thai Massages and are an incredible way to care for yourself at home— or gift some warmth and kindness to someone you love. Three Blends Available:  The Thai Blend: A classic Thai recipe, this general health compress blend features lemongrass, cassumnar ginger, turmeric, kaffir lime, and other traditional southeast Asian herbs. It warms and uplifts the senses while also detoxifying the body and softening the tissues.  The Boketto Blend: A custom blend formula for Boketto, this herbal compress features aromatic lemongrass, and mint, the warm notes galangal and ginger, earth turmeric, and plantain alongside a Traditional Chinese Medicine favorite - orange peel.  About Rasananda Ayurveda: Rasananda Ayurveda provides traditional formulas utilizing the medical systems of south and southeast Asia. These systems are rooted in medical knowledge from before the time of the Buddha. That knowledge went on to inspire medical systems like Thai medicine, Ayurveda and Tibetan medicine, etc. Sourced from organic, sustainable, and domestic sources whenever possible, Pasha's herbal products are handcrafted in Richmond, Virginia.
