• Promotes relaxation and restful sleep. Valerian extract from the fresh (never dried) root and rhizome of Certified Organic Valeriana officinalis plants. The rhizome & root are harvested in autumn and are then promptly extracted while still fresh and succulent. Suggested Use: Add 1 full squeeze of the dropper bulb to 2 oz. of water or juice, up to 4 times per day. May be taken 1 hour before bed and again at bedtime. Best taken between meals.
