Herb Mixture with Bearwort Root for Pear Honey 100g (3.5oz)

According to Dr. Wighard Strehlow St. Hildegard warned against the self-administration of laxatives for digestive disorders, as this practice can lead to severe heart damage caused by the loss of essential minerals. Nutrients that nourish the heart are carefully selected and delivered by the intestines only by the 10th day. If these nutrients are prematurely expelled by laxatives, the heart may begin to weaken. It is crucial to distinguish between the use of laxatives and professional, well-designed cleansing methods. One of the most effective and safest ways to cleanse the intestines while maintaining proper nourishment of the body is Pear Honey with Bearwort Root. This gentle, natural treatment spans approximately five weeks and gradually removes toxins and decaying substances from the intestines, leveraging the absorbent properties of cooked pears and honey. St. Hildegard herself described this jam as more valuable than gold. While undergoing this five-week treatment, it is essential to follow a proper diet rich in spelt, vegetables, and fruits, complemented by moderate amounts of meat, fish, and dairy products. This balanced approach ensures the best possible cleansing effects and promotes overall well-being St. Hildegard speaks about Herb Mixture with Bearwort Root for Pear Honey: “Every day, eat on an empty stomach as much of this remedy as fits on a small spoon, after a meal – two spoons, and before bed, take three spoons in bed. These are the best preserves more precious than gold and more useful than the purest gold, as they relieve migraines, reduce the breathlessness caused in the chest by raw pears, and eliminate that disease and all bad humors that are in man, thus purifying him, just as vessels are cleansed of dirt.” For more information: “Physica,” a work by St. Hildegard of Bingen.
