Her Royal Lioness

Her Royal Lioness 20 x 24" | Star Dust Collection | colored pencil, wax pastel, and acrylic on acid-free cotton paper mounted on cradled birch wood panel “To be calm is the highest achievement of the self.” – Yogi Bhajan Remember the story about the contest for the most peaceful painting – the winner wasn’t the most peaceful looking, but the one that depicted a mama bird calmly holding her little ones in her nest during a lightening storm. The chaos that surrounds us can become our crowing glory if we let it.
