Hold the worry stone comfortably in your hand and gently move your thumb across its smooth, indented surface.  This simple, repetitive motion can help promote a sense of calm, focus, and mindfulness. Keep the stone in your pocket, purse, or workspace so it's easily accessible whenever you want a moment to pause, center yourself, or reflect. Many people also enjoy using their hematite worry stone during meditation or as a personal reminder of their intentions and goals.
