Helpmate

Still spending too much time replying to customer messages, chasing lost sales, and juggling support across multiple channels? Helpmate is an AI-powered support, sales, and customer management system built for WordPress. It helps you automate conversations, recover abandoned carts, manage leads, and centralise customer communication across social, live chat, chatbot, and CRM — all without hiring a support team or stacking your site with extra plugins. With Helpmate, you can: Cut repetitive customer questions by up to 97% with AI-powered automation Recover abandoned carts automatically and win back lost revenue Centralise Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, live chat, and tickets in one place Handle order tracking, refunds, and returns inside AI conversations Capture leads from DMs and comments while replacing 5 to 8 separate plugins If you want to turn your WordPress site into a 24/7 support and sales machine, Helpmate gives you everything in one place. Helpmate automates customer service, marketing, and sales in one dashboard. It boosts revenue with abandoned cart sequences, coupons, proactive offers, promo bars, and product recommendations, while also handling tracking and returns in-chat. It supports omnichannel messaging (Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, live chat, TikTok soon) with built-in CRM and admin controls like roles, API keys, and analytics. You get unlimited chat with your own API key plus lifetime updates. Why Helpmate? Because most WordPress businesses are running on fragmentation. One plugin for chat. One for CRM. One for abandoned carts. One for coupons. One for social automation. One for email campaigns. The result is usually the same: more tools, more confusion, more cost, and more time lost managing the system instead of growing the business. Helpmate is different because it removes that operational mess: One intelligent system instead of a stacked toolset One place for support, CRM, cart recovery, social automation, and sales tools Less plugin clutter, lower costs, and fewer moving parts Smarter automation across customer conversations and follow-ups A true operational layer for WordPress, not just another feature bundle Helpmate was built to unify the work that usually gets scattered across multiple plugins. Instead of stitching tools together and hoping they cooperate, you install one engine that helps your business run more smoothly from the first message to the final sale. What you get with Helpmate Helpmate gives you the systems most WordPress businesses piece together manually, but in one connected platform.
