Jack's Story Our son Jack had a stroke at birth and was diagnosed with cerebral palsy around his first birthday. He has use of his right side but is currently unable to walk unassisted due to limited control of his left side and lack of balance.  As Jack has grown, he’s slowly begun to notice his differences and limitations.
