Helly Hansen Workwear - Women's Manchester 2.0 Softshell Jacket

Built for job sites where the weather shifts mid-morning and the client walks the site by afternoon. Helly Hansen Workwear. HH Workwear carries serious recognition on job sites and in field operations, where the name signals durability that holds up to the environment, not just the laundry. For buyers outfitting crews in construction, energy, or manufacturing, putting your logo on a Helly Hansen piece tells your team you invested in gear they'll actually want to wear. That's the kind of brand equity that shows up at every morning meeting. The Manchester 2.0 is built for the work context where crews need protection from wind and weather without sacrificing the clean silhouette that makes a logo look intentional. The smooth softshell exterior is an ideal canvas for embroidery on the left chest or upper back, and articulated sleeves mean the jacket moves with the wearer instead of bunching under a hard hat or safety vest. The brushed fleece collar and lined hand pockets add enough comfort that this jacket gets worn through a full shift, not just thrown on for the commute. The streamlined, workwear-specific fit reads professional on a site visit and is designed with the women on your crew in mind, not scaled down from a men's cut. Clean exterior softshell surface keeps embroidered logos crisp and readable across a job site. Reflective design details keep branded crew members visible in low-light conditions without disrupting the look. Adjustable hem with internal drawcord blocks wind while keeping the jacket's profile sleek for logo visibility. YKK zippers throughout signal quality that matches the effort put into a custom order. bluesign certified construction gives companies with responsible sourcing values a real credential to point to. If your team wants a more dimensional look, patch options (embroidered, woven, leather, PVC, and more) work well on the left or right bicep for that branded workwear feel.
