HELLFIRE 10" Wheel (Alpha)

ALL WHEELS SOLD INDIVIDUALLY - BEARING IS INCLUDED Some say you should not try to reinvent the wheel. We beg to differ! This is the solution we've all been waiting for. Our HELLFIRE wheel combines the tried and true strength of our billet Spitfire wheel with a new hybrid UHMW plastic outer ring for reduced weight, added serviceability, and most importantly the elimination of ice build-up issues. The HELLFIRE UHMW ring design is especially advantageous on the monorail design skid, as it prevents track damage that can result from hard full aluminum ice-coated wheels being pressed into the track at high RPM's, which can cause a "pizza cutter" effect and slice through the track in certain situations. With thousands of miles of testing in variety of conditions and terrain behind us, we can confidently affirm that HELLFIRE is the ideal combination of strength, bearing support, light weight, style, and user serviceability to make it the longest-lasting and most versatile option on the market. Compatibility: 2024-2025 Arctic Cat Catalyst ( mono rail equipped) 2019-2024 Arctic Cat Alpha One 2021-2024 Yamaha Mountain Max DOES NOT REQUIRE A OFFSET AXLE FOR INSTALL ON THESE ABOVE SLEDS - STOCK AXLE IS DIRECTLY COMPATIBLE Key features: Reduced rotating mass from previous designs - (lighten your skid and increase throttle response) Ice-free UHMW outer ring User serviceable Superb hub strength Compatible with studded tracks! Koyo or NTN 25mm ID bearing pre-installed ** On Polaris, Ski-Doo, and LYNX mountain sleds, a 10" rear wheel will make your 3"+ lug track make contact with your tunnel under full compression, and install is not recommended to prevent aggressive track wear and loss of performance.
