Hellebore Petty

Unleash the Power of CuMai: The Knife for the Bold Step into uncharted territory with our exclusive CuMai Collection, an unparalleled fusion of rugged, industrial design and masterful craftsmanship. Each blade features a high-carbon AUS10 core, layered with nickel, copper, and a striking Damascus pattern of AUS10 and 430 stainless steel—a rare design that was once only available through exclusive custom orders. Crafted in small batches with the same dedication to detail, these knives are as unique as they are limited. This 5" Petty Knife is outfitted with a forged carbon fiber handle speckled with copper flakes. This adds a fierce, edgy contrast to the dark, Damascus-patterned blades, embodying a sinister yet striking allure. The handle feels rugged in the hand, while the blade’s hard 62 HRC core ensures a razor-sharp edge that stands up to any task you throw at it. This knife makes an unapologetically bold statement in any kitchen. Crafted for home cooks and culinary adventurers who crave a knife with grit, this CuMai collection delivers on both aesthetics and performance: no compromise, no limit.
