These miniature Jalapeño-type peppers grow 1.5 to 2 inches long and about half an inch wide, featuring thick, juicy walls packed with incredible flavor. Their color transformation is stunning—starting green, ripening to a deep purple, and finally maturing to a rich blood red. The flavor profile is just as impressive, beginning with a sweet, nutty complexity before the slow-building, long-lasting heat kicks in. While not as intense as a Habanero, it definitely packs more punch than a typical Jalapeño. The plant itself is a powerhouse, reaching a massive 8 feet tall and wide, with a thick 2.5 to 3-inch trunk. At its peak, it produced over 350 peppers at once, making it an extremely high-yielding variety. Perfect for salsas, hot sauces, and adding bold heat and flavor to any dish.
