Helichrysum Balm

Before modern day skin products, wise herbalism formulas were used where helichrysum and resin-based balms supported the skin through repair, regeneration, and visible healing. Historically, these preparations were relied upon for concerns such as scars, bruises, burns, stretch marks, and slow-healing or compromised skin—situations where the tissue benefits from nourishment, protection, and steady support over time. We begin with extra virgin olive oil and tamanu oil, slowly infused with whole botanicals including helichrysum and calendula. These plants have a long history of topical use for supporting skin repair, improving texture, and aiding the body’s natural healing response. Sea buckthorn oil is added for its deep nutritive profile, while frankincense and myrrh lend traditional resin support for skin resilience and restoration. Turmeric CO₂ complements the formula with additional tissue-supportive properties. The texture is smooth, rich, and protective, designed to soften with body warmth and absorb gradually rather than disappear quickly. This allows the balm to remain in contact with the skin, supporting areas that need ongoing care without feeling heavy or occlusive. This is a product meant for intentional, localized use—applied gently to scars, areas of textured or damaged skin, bruises, burns, or stretch marks, and allowed time to support the skin’s natural process of repair and renewal.
