It is widely used in skin care and may be added to your favorite natural lotion or body oil for this purpose. For injuries, such as cuts and scrapes to the skin, it is a must-have for the medicine cabinet. Just a drop is known to be antiseptic and to speed the natural healing process. We like to add to Mend to give it extra potency in relieving pain and inflammation of the tissues. Helichrysum is also used for its effectiveness for scarring.
