Hektor 25mm T2.1

Leitz Hektor Prime 25mm T2.1 The Leitz Hektor Prime 25mm T2.1 delivers a versatile wide-angle perspective that balances dramatic coverage with natural rendering. With a close focus of 0.3m (12"), the 25mm allows filmmakers to move in tight while still maintaining a sense of space and environment. Its 79.8° horizontal field of view on full frame makes it an excellent choice for handheld, gimbal, and Steadicam work where energy and intimacy are equally important. The Hektor Prime Line The Hektor Prime line embodies Leitz’s philosophy of “character first, quality first.” Built in Germany alongside Leitz’s flagship cinema lenses, the Hektor series spans six full-frame focal lengths from 18mm to 100mm, all at T2.1. Lightweight and compact with an 80mm front diameter (77mm filter thread on all but the 18mm), these primes feature matched gear positions, smooth 120° focus rotation, and a rendering style inspired by over a century of Leica optics. With warm color, pleasing falloff, and a playful character, Hektor primes bring artistry and reliability to productions seeking a distinctive look without compromise.
