The RigMetal Heel Rest Plate is designed to attach in front of the pedals to support your heel while racing. The crossbar is sturdy 4080 profile. The plate is attached using six, M6 flathead cap screws. The Heel Rest is designed for the Plus and Flagship models and is not intended for use with the Basic model. Assembly Instructions
