Prolonged exposure to high heat (typically above 120 F) can cause warping or softening. If you keep your decor in a cool location, it will stay beautiful for years to come! RETURNS/REFUNDS - These items are made to order and unfortunately cannot be returned. However, if you do have an issue, please reach out to our shop and we will try to work with you. NOTE ABOUT 3D PRINTING - Our freestanding sign decor is made using 3D printing technology. 3D printing is not like plastic molds, which are generally smooth. The 3D printing process is done in lines, so there are fine layers and sometimes gaps. Each piece is made individually so pieces may differ slightly from one to another.
