8×8 Heavy Duty Post Base

Purchase individually or in our Post Base Kit Elevate your timber frame with our 8×8 Heavy Duty Post Base. The bearing plate is made from durable black HDPE and it can support over 100,000 lbs each, making it suitable for both large and small frame structures. Unlike other post base options, our post bases are completely solid, not hollow, and won’t crack under the weight of a full-size home. There is no other post base standoff available on the market that can match the strength of ours. Take advantage of these key features: Meet code requirements with our 1″ standoff between the 8×8 timbers and concrete slab Enjoy stability with our rigid and nearly unbreakable design Black color hides in the timber’s shadow if left exposed Complements the use of Timberlinx A475 connectors Actual dimensions: 7″ square by 1″ thick with a centered 1″ hole Incredibly high density, industrial-grade plastic. Not all HDPE is made the same – don’t be fooled by the cheap stuff! Choose our 8×8 Heavy Duty Post Base to enhance the quality and safety of your timber frame construction. Hidden in most interior applications, or trim it out for a decorative touch. Upgrade your project with this heavy-duty, cost-effective solution.
