Heavy Duty Filters & End Caps

Heavy Duty Filter & End Cap for the K-9 II Dog Dryer Overview Quick Facts Guarantee Maintenance The Heavy Duty Filter & End Cap is the intake protection system for your K-9 II Dryer. It sits on the air intake side of the unit, catching hair, dander, and debris before they can reach the motors or internal components. This upgraded heavy-duty filter is designed for busy salons and high-traffic grooming environments where dryers run all day. The added surface area and robust construction help maintain strong airflow while reducing the amount of fine material that reaches the inside of the dryer. The matched end cap gives the filter a secure, finished fit on the back of the dryer, making it easy to remove for cleaning or replacement while keeping the intake area safely covered during use. Use this assembly to protect your investment in the K-9 II, keep airflow consistent, and help extend the service life of the dryer’s motors and internal parts. Purpose-Built for the K-9 II: Designed to fit the intake side of the K-9 II Dryer for proper air filtration and coverage. Heavy-Duty Filter Media: Built to handle high-volume use in professional grooming shops without collapsing or clogging as quickly as lighter filters. Protects Motors & Internal Parts: Helps keep hair, dander, and debris out of the dryer body to support smooth performance over time. Supports Strong Airflow: High-capacity media is engineered to let air move freely so the dryer can maintain power and velocity while still being filtered. Matched End Cap: End cap secures the filter assembly, provides a clean finished look, and makes removal and replacement straightforward. Ideal for Busy Salons: Especially useful where dryers run for multiple dogs per day and filters need to stand up to constant loading. Electric Cleaner Company stands behind the components that protect your K-9 equipment. Inspect the Heavy Duty Filter regularly for hair build-up, dander, and visible debris, especially in high-use environments. Clean the outside of the filter frequently by gently removing loose hair and dust to maintain airflow. Replace the filter whenever it appears heavily loaded, damaged, or no longer cleans up well. In many professional shops, this may be more frequent than a standard 6–12 month interval. Always operate the K-9 II Dryer with a properly installed filter and end cap to protect the motors and internal components. It’s what’s inside that counts
