Heavy Cut Pad

Koch-Chemie Polishing Pads are engineered for performance, precision, and efficiency across every stage of paint correction. With a consistent 23mm short height, each pad is designed to reduce torsion forces, deliver outstanding handling, and maintain maximum stability during use. The unique milling edge adds flexibility, helping pads conform to curves and contours, while the dense foam ensures consistent compression over time. A colorful, polish-safe non-woven backing enhances process safety and makes each pad easy to identify. From the highly abrasive Heavy Cut Pad to the extra-fine Polish & Sealing Pad, each foam features optimized reticulation and a carefully tuned cell structure to balance cut, hygiene, and durability. These pads are built to elevate every stage of your detailing workflow, and whether you’re cutting through heavy defects or finishing with finesse, there’s a pad to match your process.
