Heavy Bag Hanger

Heavy Bag Hanger One of the things that sets mild sports enthusiasts apart from ones that are truly great is the ability to be able to practice when you are outside of the gym. Not everyone has the opportunity to go into the gym every day, and being able to practice your moves, punches, and kicks when you're not in class is a great way to build up your skills on your own. If you are interested in getting your punches and kicks stronger, a heavy bag is a great tool to have in your house. One problem, however, is that many homes do not have the correct ceilings to allow a heavy bag to hang, which is why there is a heavy bag hanger. The Heavy Bag Hanger is designed to support some serious punching. This piece of equipment is made out of 3" tubular steel and connects to the studs in your wall, allowing the bag to hang without damaging your ceiling. It hangs 26" away from the wall and is made to carry almost any heavy bag there is out there. This is a great way to get your exercise when you can't get to the gym to practice!
