Inside each Heavy set: A wooden Block to hold your daily card with water based finish A symbolic Rock to rest on your reflections Reflection Cards and USA Made pencils to guide your thoughts and actions Use it at the end of your day: Write down what feels heavy. Add one or two things that brought you delight. Place the Rock on your card, and let it hold the weight overnight. Then revisit in the morning: Are those worries still heavy?
