CK Worldwide 2GHS Heatshield Gas Lens

The CK 2GHS Heatshield Gas Lens provides enhanced gas coverage and arc stability for precision TIG welding applications. This gas lens design creates a laminar gas flow that extends shielding gas coverage beyond the cup, improving weld quality while protecting the tungsten electrode from contamination. Engineered for demanding fabrication work, this heatshield gas lens delivers consistent performance in both manual and automated welding setups. The extended gas coverage reduces porosity and oxidation, particularly beneficial when welding reactive metals like stainless steel, aluminum, and exotic alloys. Manufacturer Part Number: 2GHS Package Quantity: 2 pieces Laminar gas flow design for superior shielding coverage Heat-resistant construction for extended service life Compatible with standard TIG torch configurations Reduces tungsten contamination and electrode wear This gas lens is ideal for critical welding applications where weld quality and appearance are paramount, including aerospace fabrication, pharmaceutical equipment, and high-end architectural work. The improved gas coverage allows for longer electrode extension while maintaining proper shielding, increasing accessibility in tight joint configurations.
