If there is a large discrepancy, press and hold <+> and <-> simultaneously for 3 seconds until the water temperature display blinks. Adjust up or down in ±5.0° (C/F) increments using the <+> or <-> buttons. Press <SET> to confirm the calibration setting. The bottom display will revert to showing the water temperature.
