Vibrant Heat-Treated Colors: Each liner is expertly heat-treated to bring out a unique and vivid pattern of blues, purples, and golds. No two are exactly alike, making every ring a one-of-a-kind piece. Feather-Light & Strong: Titanium is renowned for its incredible strength-to-weight ratio, resulting in a liner that is both exceptionally durable and comfortable for everyday wear. Hypoallergenic Material: Crafted from pure titanium grades, this liner is 100% hypoallergenic, nickel-free, and will never rust or tarnish. Ready for Bonding: The exterior surface is pre-etched and ready for bonding, creating the perfect foundation for materials like bentwood, carbon fiber, or composites. Important Crafting Instructions PROTECT THE COLOR: The vibrant color is a surface treatment created by heat. Aggressive sanding or polishing will remove it. All finishing of your exterior material should be done carefully by hand. NO RE-ETCHING/RE-HEATING: This liner arrives in its final state. Do not attempt to re-etch or apply additional heat, as this will alter or ruin the existing color pattern. USE TAPE: We strongly recommend using painter's tape to protect the interior and edges of the liner while you are working. Creative Applications Bentwood Rings: The popular 8mm width provides a substantial foundation for your handcrafted bentwood rings. The vibrant interior offers a stunning flash of hidden color that makes a bold statement. Carbon Fiber & Composite Rings: The ideal core for wrapping carbon fiber to create bold, colorful, and ultra-lightweight statement rings. Hybrid Designs: The wider profile allows for more complex hybrid designs. Create a wood or resin exterior and add a wide crushed opal inlay flush with the liner's edge for a truly showstopping piece.
